Over the past seven years, I've worked on at least thirty multimillion-dollar digital transformation projects for large corporations across Australia — driving automation, process optimisation, and efficiency across front, middle, and back office.
That work spanned the full enterprise: IT, HR, security, finance, procurement. Enough transformation reviews, in enough boardrooms, to see the same pattern repeat.
